When we open our doors at 232 Lincoln Street on May 2nd, we're thrilled to welcome our new culinary partners, Seasoned! Led by Garrett & Felicia Kirsch, Seasoned's Northwest-inspired gastro pub menu will pair wonderfully with our craft beers, offering a unique tasting experience.

The Chef's Table Experience

Our new location will feature an exclusive Chef's Table offering an intimate dining experience for 12 guests. Available by reservation only Tuesday - Thursday, this special setting showcases Seasoned's culinary creativity through a carefully crafted six course prix fixe menu that highlights seasonal ingredients and innovative pairings.

Local Partnerships

Seasoned's commitment to quality begins with their relationships with local producers. Their partnership with Claim 52 creates the foundation for a truly local experience, complemented by fresh ingredients from Groundworks Organics, exceptional meats from Anderson Ranch Beef and Childers Meat, seasonal harvests from Long Table Farm and Tangled Orchard Farm, as well as contributions from many more local farms and artisans throughout the Willamette Valley.
