Bre Goulette’s brewing career began with our friends at Plank Town,
where she worked her way up to Head Brewer, plus a summer stint at Three
Legged Crane. In 2020, she earned the Glen Falconer Foundation
Scholarship for the World Brewing Academy’s Concise Course in Brewing
Technology at Siebel, ranking third in her class.
As Senior Brewer at Claim 52, Bre does a little of everything—brewing,
quality control, packaging, kegging, and, of course, cleaning. Bre
enjoys bitters, porters, and wheat ales but loves brewing IPAs, lagers,
and barrel-aged beers. One style she’s eager to tackle? Gose. She jokes
that brewery life comes with quirks—like canning day beer showers,
leaving her looking like a Jackson Pollock painting. And when things get
hectic, she dances through the chaos—literally.
