Grab a rack, toss them to your friends, crack ‘em open and enjoy.
PAL is our straightforward American lager. We love them, you love them, and many beer nerds have grown to love them. The brewer lovingly refers to beers like this as “nothing beers,” where there is nothing to get in the way of the other thing you’re enjoying while drinking the beer, and the experience of drinking it leaves you with a clean palate. No sticky hop resins, no fruity anything. Water, malt, hops, yeast. A f%^ing beer.
All snark aside, lagers like this are fun to brew, both as an homage of sorts to the “local lager,” whether it’s Oly or Natty Boh, and to show off the lighter side of the many styles that a small craft brewery can do well.
