There’s something about the combination of Citra and Mosaic hops that, when applied in massive doses to the fermenter, just works. In Fluffy, the aromatic oils combine to create something greater than the sum of its parts.
Following in the tradition of New England hazy IPAs, Fluffy derives most of its bitterness not from kettle hopping, but from the sheer volume of hop oils and polyphenols added in the whirlpool and after fermentation.
